How do I reserve a unit?

Pick a size and tap Reserve. That opens a text to us with the unit already filled in, so you only have to hit send. A person here confirms it and sends your gate code. You can also call and do the whole thing on the phone.

Do I pay anything to reserve?

No. We hold the unit in your name and nothing is due when you reserve. Your first month is due when you move in.

Is there a long-term contract?

There is no long-term contract: every unit is month to month, so you only pay for the time you need.

What are the access hours?

The gate is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is open daily, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central (9 to 9 Eastern).

How does the first month discount work?

Reserve at the online rate and your first full month is discounted, applied automatically to your first invoice. The regular rate starts in your second month. There is no code to enter.

Are the units climate controlled?

Not at this location. Every unit here is a ground-level drive-up unit with a roll-up door, so you can park at the door and unload straight in.

Can I store a vehicle or a trailer?

Yes. The 10×20 and 10×24 units take cars, trailers and oilfield equipment. Call or text and we will match you to the right space.
